SCHEDULING POLICIES

Please take the time to read all policies prior to scheduling your appointment. All policies are set in place for the protection and safety of you, our patients, as well as ensuring we are able to continue serving the people in this area.

Medical Services

No Shows/Late Cancellations/Late Reschedules

  • New Patients - any changes to your Initial Evaluation & Treatment must be made 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees

  • Returning Patients - any changes to your follow up appointment must be made 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees

  • Being 10 or more minutes late for your appointment is considered a No Show

 

Booking Policy

  • A current credit card is required on file to book new or follow up appointments​

New Patients

  • An $85.00 deposit is required to book a new patient appointment. This deposit holds your appointment spot and will applied toward your initial appointment. If you no show or cancel outside of the 48-hour period, this deposit will be forfeited

Returning Patients

  • Reschedules for your follow up appointment are permitted within the 24 hour mark of your appointment as long as it is rescheduled is in the same week. No charges will incur

  • 1st No Show/Late Cancelation/Late Reschedule - $75.00 fee

  • 2nd & 3rd No Show/Late Cancelation/Late Reschedule - $90.00 fee

  • After 3 No Show/Late Cancelation/Late Reschedule patients will be required to schedule appointments on a Same Day Basis by calling in to see if there is an opening that day

Cosmetic Services

No Shows/Late Cancellations/Late Reschedules

  • Any changes to your appointment must be made 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees

  • All No Shows/Late Cancelations/Late Reschedules will be charged no less than 50% of the procedure cost

 

Booking Policy

  • A current credit card is required on file to book new or follow up appointments​

Packages

  • Packages are valid for 12 months after purchase date

  • Cosmetic packages are non-transferrable and may not be shared

  • Patients who have purchased a package will be allowed one Late Cancelation/Late Reschedule. If a patient no shows, or has more than one Late Cancelation/Late Reschedule, they will forfeit that treatment in the package but may continue to use the remainder of their package

  • If a patient tries a single cosmetic treatment and decides to purchase a package, money paid may be transferred toward purchase of a package and use of remaining treatments

Package Refunds

  • If a patient purchases a cosmetic package and decides they no longer want to receive treatments, they are eligible for a refund no later than 7 days after initial treatment. Retail value of the treatment will be deducted from the discounted package cost and patient will be reimbursed the difference
